Wholesale Pallets, Truckloads & Overstock Inventory at Competitive Prices

Shipping & Delivery Policy

/

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the procedures, responsibilities, and expectations related to the transportation, pickup, and delivery of inventory purchased from Wholesale Pallet Liquidations.

Because we sell liquidation pallets, wholesale inventory, and truckload merchandise, shipping requirements differ significantly from standard retail deliveries. Customers are encouraged to review this policy carefully before placing an order.

By purchasing inventory from Wholesale Pallet Liquidations, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Shipping Availability

Wholesale Pallet Liquidations offers shipping services throughout the United States through third-party freight carriers and transportation providers.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the size of the order, destination, freight carrier availability, access restrictions, and other logistical considerations.

Certain locations may require additional shipping arrangements or specialized delivery services.

Shipping Quotes

Shipping costs are calculated based on several factors, including:

  • Delivery destination
  • Order size and weight
  • Number of pallets
  • Freight classification
  • Carrier availability
  • Residential or commercial delivery requirements
  • Special delivery services requested

Shipping quotes are estimates and may be subject to adjustment if shipment details change or if additional services are required.

Customers should verify all shipping information before completing a purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been received and confirmed.

Processing times may vary depending on inventory availability, warehouse operations, order volume, inspection requirements, carrier scheduling, and other operational factors.

Orders are not considered ready for shipment until inventory has been prepared and released by our warehouse.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided as a general guideline only.

Actual transit times may vary due to weather conditions, traffic delays, carrier schedules, equipment availability, holidays, warehouse processing times, and circumstances beyond our control.

Wholesale Pallet Liquidations does not guarantee specific delivery dates unless expressly agreed upon in writing.

Customers should avoid making business commitments based solely on estimated delivery dates.

Freight Deliveries

Most pallet and truckload shipments are delivered through freight carriers.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location can safely receive freight shipments.

The delivery location should provide adequate access for freight trucks and unloading equipment where required.

Additional charges may apply if delivery conditions differ from those originally disclosed during the quoting process.

Residential Deliveries

Residential deliveries may require additional fees and specialized freight services.

Customers requesting delivery to a residential address should disclose this information before shipment arrangements are finalized.

Failure to identify a residential delivery location may result in carrier surcharges or delivery delays.

Liftgate Service

Many freight deliveries require a loading dock or forklift for unloading.

Customers who do not have access to unloading equipment should request liftgate service when obtaining a shipping quote.

Additional fees may apply for liftgate services.

Failure to request necessary unloading services may result in carrier delays, rescheduling fees, or delivery complications.

Local Pickup

Customers may have the option to pick up inventory directly from our facility when available.

Pickup appointments may be required.

Customers or their designated representatives should arrive with appropriate vehicles, trailers, equipment, and personnel necessary to safely transport purchased inventory.

Inventory must be collected within the timeframe communicated by our team unless alternative arrangements have been approved.

Transfer of Ownership and Risk

Ownership and responsibility for purchased inventory transfer to the customer once:

  • The shipment has been released to the freight carrier; or
  • The inventory has been collected by the customer or the customer’s designated representative.

After this point, transportation risks become the responsibility of the customer and the applicable carrier.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.

Any visible damage, shortages, or delivery concerns should be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.

Customers should retain all packaging materials and take photographs when damage is discovered.

Prompt documentation increases the likelihood of a successful freight claim.

Freight Damage Claims

If a shipment arrives with visible freight damage, customers should notify the carrier and Wholesale Pallet Liquidations as soon as possible.

Claims involving freight damage may require:

  • Delivery documentation
  • Photographs
  • Carrier inspection reports
  • Shipping records
  • Proof of damage

The freight carrier may be responsible for investigating and resolving transportation-related damage claims.

Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur.

Delays resulting from weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier scheduling issues, labor shortages, transportation disruptions, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control do not constitute grounds for order cancellation, refund, or compensation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Wholesale Pallet Liquidations is not responsible for delays, additional costs, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect addresses, incomplete information, inaccessible delivery locations, or inaccurate contact details provided by the customer.

Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect information may be the responsibility of the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to customer-related issues, including unavailable recipients, inaccessible locations, incorrect addresses, or failure to schedule delivery appointments, additional charges may apply.

These charges may include:

  • Storage fees
  • Redelivery fees
  • Carrier handling charges
  • Return freight costs

Any such costs may become the responsibility of the customer.

Force Majeure

Wholesale Pallet Liquidations shall not be liable for shipping delays, delivery interruptions, or performance failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Such events may include natural disasters, severe weather, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, government actions, public emergencies, equipment failures, or carrier-related issues.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any updates will become effective upon publication on this website.
